The Institut Charles Viollette is a research laboratory in the Hauts de France region. The laboratory's ambition is to improve food quality and safety from farm to fork by sourcing, characterising and bioproducing molecules of interest from natural sources, thanks to the development and optimisation of clean technologies and processes.
